The Battle of Los Angeles
The Battle of Los Angeles was a military conflict that took place from February 25 to February 26, 1942, in the skies above Los Angeles. It remains one of the most compelling UFO cases on record.
At the time, America was embroiled in World War II, and the military was on high alert for potential attacks from the Japanese. So when a large number of unidentified objects were spotted in the night sky over Los Angeles, the army responded with force.

In 1941, Cape Girardeau was witness to something truly bizarre—a UFO crash. The story goes that on April 6, 1941, two farmers observed a bright light falling from the sky and crashing into a field.
When they went to investigate, they found a large, disk-shaped object with what appeared to be hieroglyphics on it. The object was emitting a strange noise and a group of men in military uniforms emerged from the ship.

The Kecksburg UFO Incident
The Kecksburg UFO incident occurred on December 9, 1965, when an object crash-landed in a wooded area near the small town of Kecksburg, Pennsylvania. They described the object as being acorn-shaped and about the size of a Volkswagen Beetle.
Eyewitnesses reported seeing military personnel arrive at the scene within minutes and cordon off the area. The military then removed the object on a flatbed truck. The Westall UFO Incident
In 1966, an incident occurred in Australia that is still unexplained. On a Tuesday morning, over 200 students and teachers at Westall High School witnessed a large, dark object hovering above the nearby Grange Reserve.
Some of the students even said that they saw smaller objects falling from the main object and disappearing into the grass. When the authorities arrived, they found physical evidence in the form of impressions in the grass where the smaller objects had landed.

The Falcon Lake Incident
In 1967, Stefan Michalak was prospecting for quartz in Falcon Lake, Manitoba when he claims to have had a close encounter with a UFO. He said he saw two disks land near him, and when he approached them, he had some feeling of fire burning him through a strange, hot gas that came out of one of the craft.
Michalak said he could see two humanoid figures inside the craft, and when they noticed him, they quickly took off. He was able to make sketches of the craft and the symbols he saw on it. They were later identified as being of Slavic origin.
What’s interesting about this case is that Michalak passed a polygraph test administered by Canadian law enforcement officials. And while some skeptics say his story is a hoax, there are still many unanswered questions about what really happened that day.
The Belgian UFO Wave
The Belgian UFO wave was a series of sightings of triangular UFOs in Belgium from November 1989 to April 1990. Hundreds of people including pilots and police officers were there at the sightings.
The pilots reported that the UFO was able to outmaneuver them and then disappeared from their radar. Belgian Air Force Colonel Wilfried De Brouwer said of the incident, “This was no normal airplane. Military people are not going to risk their careers, or their lives, to come up with a story.”
